    The Specialist of the field of e-marketing and social networks Abdullah Abdul Rahman  Alghdwani During the lecture, which was organized by the East Chamber Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the head office has stressed that the sustainability and success of women's salons projects, is linked to six factors: (listening and interacting with all that is new and the loyalty fo the project and the confidence of its success, and permanent presence in the project, including incentives for employees, and following  things personally, and saving the information and wishes of clients, and the legalization of public offerings, and finally intensification the special offers permanent clients).
       Alghdwani pointed during the lecture that women salons sector is one of the most attractive sectors to invest as it meets the multiple elements of success, pointing that  with little effort and attention women can achieve success a distinctive and unique brand  to their projects , and that is by increasing attention  to clients and research on creative ideas in marketing to attract others.
    Alghdwani  mentioned  the steps to maintain the clients, which begins with an understanding of their needs, and then the work to ensure them, adding that the increase of clients linked to the place is achieved when the needs are available and provided for their presentations, and follow up on the latest in the world of cosmetics to offer a new flavor that suits Arab and tastes.
     Alghdwani replied , for the question, how to market your salon across social networking sites saying that the e-marketing, has become in the head of the science of marketing especially regarding women products  , calling female to  renew the written content on their sites or electronic pages and to take care of it, being the main element to attract attention, pointing that today's clients have access to their knowledge about beauty and its innovation online.
     Alghdwani  urged on the need to intensify the presence of salon owners on social networking sites of all kinds, because besides  what this attendance offers  of high marketing advantages, also it limits illegal salon Promoter , who exist a lot in social media.
      Alghdwani  predicted  that women salon sector  will witness a big expand in future, whether on the construction and launch level or at the marketing level, referring that to few investments of  relatively low risk , and also to what the social networking sites has caused in the past few years of direct contact between clients and salon owners, and thus easily determining the options and requirements.
    worth mentioning that this lecture comes as one of the activities of salon committee  of women in  East Chamber, in order to increase the level of  performance in the women's salons, also the rising with this  sector under  the economic challenges it is facing.
